Shadow Report – State of Democracy in Serbia 2024
The State of Democracy in Serbia 2024 serves as a shadow report on the topics covered under the democracy section of the European Commission’s reports on Serbia: elections, parliament, governance, and civil society, as well as freedom of expression, which falls under Negotiation Chapter 23.
It is the eighth annual shadow report on the state of democracy in Serbia published by the Centre for Contemporary Politics / European Western Balkans.
